6 Eggs 1 large onion
4 garlic cloves 2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried oregano

First wash Spinach properly, trim and coarsely chop it well. Now chop onion and garlic cloves, then saute in the olive oil in a 12-inch heavy skillet over moderately high heat, stirring, until golden, about 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in oregano, salt, pepper, and mushrooms and saute, stirring, until mushrooms are golden and any liquid is evaporated, about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef chuck and saute, breaking up lumps, until browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Finely add spinach and cook, stirring, until wilted, about 2 minutes. Beat eggs with a fork and add to skillet, then cook, stirring, until just set, about 2 minutes. Its ready!

Continue to stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed then add 6 black pepper in it and stir it for more 2 minutes.
Now beat well 2 eggs with a bit of salt. Heat some oil into a frying pan and add the whisked eggs to make . Once ready put a cup of fried rice at the center of the omelet and wrap it up. Its ready with new taste that you must love to eat.
