Beef Chucks With Egg
Basic Ingredients:
6 Eggs 1 large onion
4 garlic cloves 2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
6 Leaves of fresh spinach
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1 lb lean ground beef
Preparation:
First wash Spinach properly, trim and coarsely chop it well. Now chop onion and garlic cloves, then saute in the olive oil in a 12-inch heavy skillet over moderately high heat, stirring, until golden, about 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in oregano, salt, pepper, and mushrooms and saute, stirring, until mushrooms are golden and any liquid is evaporated, about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef chuck and saute, breaking up lumps, until browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Finely add spinach and cook, stirring, until wilted, about 2 minutes. Beat eggs with a fork and add to skillet, then cook, stirring, until just set, about 2 minutes. Its ready!

Pattaya Fried Rice With Black pepper
Ingredients:
1 capsicum Medium (small pieces)
1 carrot (Small pieces)
3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt ( or as per taste)
4 cups of boiled rice ( almost 1/2 kg)
1 slice of chicken breast ( small pieces)
5 cloves of shallot (chopped)
3-4 cloves of garlic ( chopped)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
6 black pepper
Preparation:
First Heat the oil and fry shallots and garlic till light brown. Now add chicken in it and continue frying about 4 minutes. Now add carrot and capsicum and keep frying for more 3 minutes then add one egg and stir well. Finally add rice, black pepper powder and some salt. Continue to stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed then add 6 black pepper in it and stir it for more 2 minutes.
Now beat well 2 eggs with a bit of salt. Heat some oil into a frying pan and add the whisked eggs to make . Once ready put a cup of fried rice at the center of the omelet and wrap it up. Its ready with new taste that you must love to eat.

Basic Ingredients For Your Recipe:
Melted Butter 1 ounce,
Lemon Juice 1 ounce,
Rum 1 ounce,
Eggs 1/2,
Salt as per taste,
Milk powder 2 tablespoon,
Sugar 1 pound Shortening,
Cake flour 10 ounces ,
Gluten flour 1 pound
Yeast9 1/2 pounds
1 pound Vegetable oil, for deep frying
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix them well, except vegetable oil. Set dough aside to rise for 30 to 45 minutes. Divide and round the dough into a small ball sized pieces, put onto sheet pan and proof until they become 4th times greater in their size about 30 to 45 minutes. Now, Preheat a fryer and deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Using a piping bag fitted with a plain tip, fill with your favorite preserves and top with powdered sugar. Its ready enjoy it on Fat Day or Paczki Day.

Pork and Sauerkraut
Pork and Sauerkraut
Serve Pork & Sauerkraut on January 1st! Serve pork and sauerkraut with a large bowl of mashed potatoes.1 lean pork roast, about 4 to 5 lb.
# 1 cup water
# 1 tsp. ground black pepper
# 2 large cans sauerkraut
# 1/2 cup applesauce
# 1/4 cup brown sugar
Preparation - Place the pork roast in a Dutch oven or other large, deep, heavy pan. Add about 1 cup water and black pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for about 2 hours. Mix the sauerkraut, applesauce and brown sugar together. Pour the mixture in to the pan, over the pork roast. Cover and simmer for about 1 to 1-1/2 hours longer or until the pork is tender and falling apart.
This can also be roasted in the oven, in a covered roasting pan. Set the oven temperature to 350º and roast for about 2 hours. Add the sauerkraut and other ingredients, lower the oven temperature to about 300º, and roast for an additional 1 to 1-1/2 hours. This is also a good crockpot meal. Just add all the ingredients at once and cook on the low setting for about 7 hours.
