Baked Fish with Garlic and Coriander
Ingredients:
3 lagre peices fish
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon coriander (chopped)
2 teaspoon vinegar
3 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
Method:
Marinade fish with salt and vinegar for 30 minuts, then wash with water. Mix lemon juice with orange juice and add garlic ginger paste, chili, coriander and salt and blend it to make a paste. Apply this paste to fish and pour black pepper on it. Marinade it for 1 hour. Heat up overn at 180 degree and bake the fish for 20 minuts. your deliciouse baked fish is ready now.....

Potato Apple Cake

Ingredients:
1/2 kg Potato
1 large size apple
1 chopped Onion
2 eggs
1 tablespoon garlic paste
2 chicken cubes ( stirred, only for chicken taste)
2 teaspoon oil
2 tablespoon butter
Prepration for your PIZZA CAKE :
Heat up your oven at 210 degree. Chopped apple and potato just like match sticks. In a big bowl, add chopped onion, apple, potato, garlic paste, stirred chicken cubes, then add eggs and beat them well for 5 to 8 minuts. Apply cooking oil in a deep pizza plate , warm it up for just a while,then add all tha paste and seasonings in this plate and bake it in oven for 25 minuts. its yummmy try it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coconut Squares
Ingredientds:
1 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup suger
3 tablespoon corn flour
1/4 teaspoon coconut asense
1/4 cup coconut ( chopped)
1/2 teaspoon cardamons
4 tablespoon oil
For beater:
4 tablespoon corn flour
4 tablespoon superfine flour
3-4 tablespoon water
2 teaspoon baking powder
Prepration:
Make thick beater with corn flour, superfine flour, baking powder and water. In a pan, boil milk with coconut milk, suger,corn flour, cardamons and coconut asense.
when it become thick like paste then take down and spread it in an oil based dish. Keep it in a freezer for 1 hour. when ready the cut its 6-8 pieces in square shape . Heat up oil and fry these squares in that oil till golden brown. Roll over chopped coconut and set then is a dish.

Baked Qalmi Chicken
Ingredientds:
12 Chicken pieces
1/2 cup Pineapple juice
1 tablespoon Almand powder
1 tablespoon Fried cummin powder
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon Coconut powder
2 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
1 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
3 table spoon milk cream
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Method:
Trim any excess skin and fat from the chicken pieces. Mix all the seasonings in a pan , well dip the chicken in it and keep it in freezer for 4 hours so that it can be marinate. Then , in a preheated oven baked it at 180 degree for 25-30 mins. Its ready.......... very simple and easy
