Baked Fish with Garlic and Coriander
Ingredients:
3 lagre peices fish
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon coriander (chopped)
2 teaspoon vinegar
3 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
Method:
Marinade fish with salt and vinegar for 30 minuts, then wash with water. Mix lemon juice with orange juice and add garlic ginger paste, chili, coriander and salt and blend it to make a paste. Apply this paste to fish and pour black pepper on it. Marinade it for 1 hour. Heat up overn at 180 degree and bake the fish for 20 minuts. your deliciouse baked fish is ready now.....
